I really enjoyed this! The ‘career experiment’ framing makes it feel sooo much more doable. Less like reinventing your whole identity and more like following a hunch. I’ve seen how even a quick curiosity convo or mini project can shift someones whole sense of possibility. I would love to see more on how managers can actually create the conditions for this stuff – esp when time, headcount or confidence are low. Feels like such an important piece of the puzzle

Thank you! It's a great point and the right one (your point about managers) - In theory, this should partially be in their best interest as it helps with uncovering new skills+capabilities of their employees that could be used to drive greater impact but certainly also in the engagement sense as well as longer-term relationship between employee and manager.
