Thanks for sharing the book recommendation and group exercise.

Culture often experienced at the team level... so true. Reminds me of another post I came across last week that highlights neighborhood > city. It's our surrounding 5 blocks that have the biggest impact on our day to day.

And yes, that team level is really where it's felt. The "uppercase C" Culture is still important and valid, but the lived experience of an employee I think really happens at the team level, which again, is why I think it's so important for that manager to be thinking about what that means for the team. (This is also why its so hard to ask questions about culture when you are interviewing for a job)
