Books
Coachability: The Leadership Superpower (Kevin Wilde) - Kevin recently was a keynote speaker at a conference that I spoke at and I got a copy of his book. While a lot of research and insights focus on coaching and feedback, there’s a lot less on what people can do to become coachable.
Generations: The Real Differences Between Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X, Boomers, and Silents―and What They Mean for America's Future (Jean Twenge) - Jean’s one of the most notable and prolific researchers on generational studies, and this is a long book highlighting some of her most recent work. Unlike a lot of other noise out there, Jean takes a methodical and longitudinal research approach to her research, which is why it is often cited as some of the best.
